Most spice blends I have tried covered up the taste of the meat, this didn't. This blend enhanced the flavor of the meat. We loved it, We will continue to be a customer! We recommend it to everyone. We have also tried your Chicken Fanny Rub and I will never eat chicken again..... without your rub on it. I am a beef guy not too fond of chicken but with your rub on it, it was great. Dear Assmann's; Hello, we just wanted to tell you how great your seasonings are! We used the Beef Rump Rub on New York strip steaks we grilled recently. It did not matter if they were cooked medium, rare, or well done -- they turned out very juicy and had a lot of flavor. The Barbeque Hinee Rub was great on chicken breast that we grilled. It gave the chicken a wonderful barbeque taste. I can see where these seasonings can be used for many different foods, and we keep experimenting as we go, enjoying each new creation we use them on. Your seasonings add a lot to the enjoyment of many different types of dishes, bringing out the flavor that some things may otherwise lack. Thank you for your culinary creation -- it is wonderful!

I tried Assmann's Hinee Rub and it is absolutely wonderful. I marinated a pot-roast in the refrigerator overnight and covered the roast in the rub. After slow cooking the roast in a crock-pot, the meat had an excellent flavor. I also used the rub on steaks and cooked them on the grill. The steaks were very tender and had a pleasantly sweet taste. I would recommend Assmann's Hinee Rub as a staple in your family's pantry.

I've used Assmann's Hinee Rub on different roasts, and mixed it with ground beef for hamburgers. It gave everything a nice, spice flavor. When I used what I thought would be too much, it wasn't. It didn't overpower the flavor of the meat. I will keep using it, and I am looking forward to trying Assmann's other spices.
