Assmann's was established in 2004 by Steve and Kristi Assmann with our award winning rubs and BBQ sauces growing in popularity. We currently have two product lines. Our first line of products are our all-purpose Gourmet dry spice rubs. These all-purpose seasonings are renowned for their unique flavor and quality ingredients. Originally introduced in just one flavor, the market asked for additional flavors. Assmann's has responded with new flavors and is currently in development with new flavors and different spice levels to suit those that desire mild to extreme heat.
Our second line of products are our signature barbeque sauces. (Coming Soon) This sweet and tangy barbeque sauce with a spicy kick has a unique flavor that everyone loves. Currently in four Flavors. Mild - Barbeque Keister Sauce, Medium - Smokin Buns Barbeque Sauce , Hot - Butt Kickin Barbeque Sauce and Blazin Hot - Set Your Assmann On Fire Barbeque Sauce.
Try all three of our all-purpose seasoning rubs. Recipes using our spice rubs, are available on our recipe page. Assmann's Barbeque Hinee Rub is our award winning recipe that makes great Pulled Pork Butt or Pork shoulder, Beef Brisket, BBQ Ribs, Venison and BBQ Chicken and Grilled Shrimp. Assmann's Beef Rump Rub is great on Hamburgers, Steaks, Pork Chops, Beef or Pork Roast, Chicken, Venison and Vegetables. Assmann's Chicken Fanny Rub was designed to be used on Chicken and Fish, but it is also good on Pork and Beef. Use any of our seasoning rubs as a marinade. Season your meats and refrigerate or season your meat like you would with any other seasoning and grill. Use Assmann's Gourmet seasonings to season Casseroles, Stews, Popcorn, Vegetables, Corn Bread Stuffing, Chili. You can also use any of Assmann's all-purpose spice rubs to season just about anything, it seems that their only limitation is your taste and imagination.
